Your practice loop

A rehearsal room that responds to you.

No canned answer paths. Each room reacts to what is said, how the group is progressing and where the pressure is building.

Aviation from the first briefing

Not generic interview practice with an aircraft icon added.

Every room is framed around the way aviation teams share information, manage pressure and make safe, practical decisions together.

Questions, answered

Before you enter the room.

Everything you need to know about practising with Pilot Crewroom.

How does paid access work?

Every one-time package includes a defined number of live sessions. When your balance reaches zero, you can choose any package again, and your remaining balance is always visible before you enter a room.

Do I need aviation knowledge?

No. Scenarios are designed to test how you think and work with people, not specialist aircraft knowledge. Everything needed to contribute is included in the briefing.

Who are the other people in the exercise?

You practise with responsive simulated candidates who have distinct communication styles, priorities and opinions. They react to what you say and to one another in real time.

What is measured?

The debrief uses observable evidence across communication, leadership and teamwork, problem-solving and decision-making, situation awareness, and workload management. It never claims to assess personality or psychological suitability.

Can I repeat a scenario?

Yes. Repeating a scenario is useful because the group dynamic changes and your dashboard can show how your behaviours develop between attempts.

Does this replace professional assessment advice?

Pilot Crewroom is a practice environment, not an airline or selection authority. It helps you rehearse the behaviours commonly observed in group exercises, but it cannot guarantee an assessment outcome.
